  • Gold Purity Disclosure:
    We offer jewellery in multiple purity options.
    “Choose your gold purity – 22KT, 18KT or 14KT, all BIS hallmarked with HUID.”
    Final product weight and pricing may vary depending on the selected karat.

Pricing & Payments

  • Prices to be requested on Whatsapp or call as per customer's preference.
  • Prices are subject to change with respect to fluctuating gold rate.
  • We accept payments via secure payment gateways (credit/debit cards, UPI, net banking, wallets, etc.).
  • In case of pricing or typographical errors, we reserve the right to cancel or refuse orders.

Order Acceptance & Cancellation

  • Once an order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via SMS/receipt.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to:

    • Errors in product or pricing information

Shipping & Delivery

  • Exchanges are accepted within 15days of delivery.
  • Items must be unused, unworn, and returned in original packaging.
  • Customized, made-to-order, or engraved jewellery is non-returnable.
  • Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

  • All jewellery sold by Nagpals Jewellery is authentic and quality-checked.
  • Gold jewellery complies with BIS hallmarking standards as applicable under Indian law.
  • Diamonds and gemstones (where applicable) may be accompanied by relevant certifications.
